Information we collect
We may collect your name, email, phone number, billing or shipping address, login information, shop and listing information, orders, support messages, cookies, device details, and security logs.
How we use it
- Create, secure, and manage accounts.
- Process orders and communicate updates.
- Calculate shipping and taxes.
- Provide support, prevent fraud, enforce marketplace rules, and improve CraftersVibe.
Payments and sharing
CraftersVibe does not intend to store complete card numbers. Payment providers may process payments. Information may be shared only as needed with the buyer or seller in an order, payment and shipping providers, tax and fraud services, hosting and security providers, or authorities when legally required. We do not intend to sell personal information.
Marketplace responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information and protect their accounts. Sellers are responsible for truthful listings, safe products, fulfillment, and stated return terms. Buyers are responsible for reviewing order details and providing a correct delivery address. Misleading listings, counterfeit goods, mass-produced items falsely presented as handmade, harassment, fraud, and review manipulation may lead to restrictions or removal.
Cookies, records, and security
Cookies may support sign-in, carts, preferences, security, and performance. Records may be kept for orders, taxes, disputes, fraud prevention, legal duties, and security. No website can promise perfect security, so never send passwords, card numbers, or Social Security numbers through ordinary email.
