Information we collect

Depending on how you use CraftersVibe, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing or shipping address, account login information, shop information, product listings, order details, support messages, and basic technical information such as browser, device, cookies, and security logs.

How we use information

• Create, secure, and manage buyer and seller accounts.
• Process orders, calculate shipping and tax, and communicate order updates.
• Provide customer support, prevent fraud, enforce marketplace standards, and improve the platform.
• Send service messages and, only where permitted, marketplace news or promotional communication.

Payments and sharing

CraftersVibe does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers. Payments may be handled by an outside payment processor. Information may also be shared only as needed with the seller or buyer involved in an order, shipping carriers, tax and fraud-prevention services, website hosting and security providers, and authorities when legally required. We do not intend to sell personal information.

Buyer and seller responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, protect their login credentials, communicate honestly, and follow applicable laws. Sellers are responsible for accurate product descriptions, fulfillment, safe products, and stated return or cancellation terms. Buyers are responsible for reviewing order details and providing an accurate delivery address.

Marketplace values

CraftersVibe is intended for original work from real makers and small creative businesses. Misleading listings, counterfeit goods, prohibited products, mass-produced items falsely presented as handmade, harassment, fraud, and manipulation of reviews or transactions may lead to listing removal, payment holds, account restrictions, or account closure under the final marketplace rules.

Cookies, retention, and your choices

Cookies may be used for sign-in, carts, preferences, security, and site performance. Records may be retained as reasonably needed for orders, taxes, disputes, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and platform security. Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information.

Children and security

CraftersVibe accounts are not intended for children under 13. We use reasonable security measures, but no website can guarantee perfect security. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email or support messages.
